The silicone fire sleeve is designed to protect hoses, wires and cables from the hazards of high heat and occasional flame. Protect hoses and lines from molten metals, slag, welding splatter, electrical or grinding sparks and contamination. Its braided with high purity thickened non-alkali fiberglass and then coated by silicone resin. Due to the following properties: Fire resistant, flame retardant, heat insulation, insulation, anti-aging, the fire sleeve protects continuously to 260℃/500℉ and will withstand a molten splash at 1300℃.
Generally used for cable protection in high temperature areas of steel mills, fluid pipeline rolling mill cables, tubing, sawing perimeter cables, generator sets, electrical voltage equipment, large buildings, hydraulic systems, automotive wiring harness.
