The flexible metal hose is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, it consists of two parts, inner corrugated stainless steel inner tube and stainless steel wire braid as the cover. Its used to transfer water, oil, acidic and alkaline liquids.
The cover is to play the protective function, so the rubber hose could resistant to abrasion, corrosion, air oxidation, extreme weather, ozone, aging, sunlight and cutting, also with longer service life.
304 or 316 stainless steel metal hose has good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and mechanical strength. The flexibility of the hose and pressure resistance is adjusted by the braiding angle, braiding density and other parameters. Therefore, it can be used in a variety of complex environments and any circumstance. The bending radius depends on the density of the braided steel wire, the higher the density, the less easy to bend.
Joints or flange can be installed at both ends.
