PU lining layflat fire hose is especially used to carry flame-retardant liquids such as high-pressure water or foam. The specific role is reflected in water injection and water absorption. There are metal joints at both ends of the fire hose, which can be connected to another hose to extend the distance, connecting to a nozzle in order to increase the liquid injection pressure. The PU lining hose has the advantages of high pressure, abrasion resistance, mold resistance, no leakage, low resistance, durability, can also be easily winding, folded and move, easy to use, suitable for laying external fire.

PU lining layflat fire hose consists of two layers with different material structure.The inner tube is made of PU. The reinforcement is made from high strength polyester braid, to withstand internal and external high pressure. So the light duty and heavy duty work can be done, the max work pressure could be 2.5Mpa.
PU lining has strong wear resistance that 3 times of natural rubber. Its not react with acid, alkali, oil and other chemicals. Therefore it could be used to pump water from a lake or river, even though there's sand and other impurities inside the water. Besides, it has much longer service life with the good quality.
The cover is to play the protective function, so the rubber hose could resistant to abrasion, corrosion, air oxidation, extreme weather, ozone, aging, sunlight and cutting, also with longer service life.
