Sand blast hose is abrasive blast hose that consists of 3 layers with Inner tube, reinforcement and outer layer. It is a kind of material conveying pipe used for particles, gravel, cement, fluid sand, concrete, gypsum and other solid particles containing fluid transport, suitable for all kinds of tunnel engineering, tunnels, caves and other engineering operations. Widely used in construction, mine and heavy duty industries that requires general purpose hoses. The steel wire reinforcement apply to rubber hose for negative pressure conditions.

Sand blast hose is thicker than other hose, and has stronger wear resistance in order to increase service life. Therefore the rubber hose could resistant to abrasion, corrosion, air oxidation, extreme weather, ozone, aging, sunlight and cutting, also with longer service life.

Sandblasting is the use of compressed air as the power to form a high-speed jet beam to spray the spray material (copper ore, quartz sand, emery, iron sand, sea sand) at high speed to the surface of the workpiece to be treated, so that the appearance or shape of the workpiece surface changes.

Due to the impact and cutting effect of abrasive on the surface of the workpiece, the surface of the workpiece obtains a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness, so that the rust can be removed, sandblasting material can be divided into several kinds, garnet sand, quartz sand, copper sand, iron sand, emery, respectively, this sandblasting for the surface of the workpiece can help its rust removal, so that its surface can be effectively improved.
