- Proper stacking: Adopt hanging or flat placement methods, and prohibit stacking and squeezing. Use dedicated hooks for hanging, with hanging points evenly distributed; for flat placement, use a base plate to keep it off the ground, and the stacking height should not exceed 3 layers to prevent collisions with factory forklifts and heavy objects, avoid deformation of the reinforcement layer and damage to the outer rubber layer, and adapt to the logistics operation characteristics of the storage area.
- Maintenance of shape: Store in a naturally extended state, prohibiting folding and twisting. For large-diameter hose reels, ensure the winding radius is not less than 10 times the diameter, aligning with the structural characteristics of the winding process to avoid stress concentration that could lead to cracking in the rubber layer, while facilitating transportation within the storage area.
- Classification and labeling: Hoses should be stored by specification, material, and applicable working conditions, with clear labeling. It is prohibited to mix them with steel wire reinforced hoses (to prevent steel wire from scratching the outer rubber layer). Oil-resistant and acid-alkali resistant hoses should be isolated separately to avoid confusion during factory requisition and to meet the classification management requirements of the storage area.
