PU lining layflat fire hose consists of two layers with different material structure.The inner tube is made of PU. The reinforcement is made from high strength polyester braid, to withstand internal and external high pressure. So the light duty and heavy duty work can be done, the max work pressure could be 2.5Mpa.

PU lining has strong wear resistance that 3 times of natural rubber. Its not react with acid, alkali, oil and other chemicals. Therefore it could be used to pump water from a lake or river, even though there's sand and other impurities inside the water.   Besides, it has much longer service life with the good quality.

 

The cover is to play the protective function, so the rubber hose could resistant to abrasion, corrosion, air oxidation, extreme weather, ozone, aging, sunlight and cutting, also with longer service life.
